2.Plaa Nung Prik Manow (Spicy) Fresh Sea Bass steamed in a garlic and chillie sauce with a hint of lemon and aromatic herbs.
 
3.Phed Ob Naam Pung (Mild)Tender duck slowly oven roasted and flavoured with a delicately blend of honey and soy sauce.
